SHIPPING

All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact hello@mylkbodywear.com.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.

AFTER HOURS

No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm EST), on weekends or on holidays.

RATES & DELIVERY TIME

All domestic orders will arrive within 2-3 business days once shipped. Prices and delivery times vary based on zip code and weight of the order.

Domestic Rates

• Standard domestic shipping - $10 in Australia if under $100
• Orders over $100 receive FREE standard shipping!
• Express domestic shipping - $15 in Australia if under $100, $5 when you’ve spent over $100

International Rates

• Standard international shipping - $16 USD / $20 AUD* when you spend under $115 USD / $150 AUD*
• Standard international shipping - FREE when you spend over $115 USD / $150 AUD*
• DHL Express shipping rate is weight based and will be calculated at the payment page depending on the size of your order and destination. Note - DHL Express is not available for NZ orders.

MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please wait 3 days - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.

We will not replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft or a package being left outside for any length of time. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of Australia Post.

We will not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.
