RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

At MYLK we want you to absolutely adore your purchase which is why we offer returns on items for a store credit or a refund. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

  • The products must be returned within 14 business days of receiving your order.
  • The products should be in their original condition unworn, unwashed with their tags on and with their hygiene seal still intact.
  • Please ensure all items are tried on over underwear, and are not stained by the transfer of make-up or deodorant.
  • We offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. The amount that you will receive as a refund will be the cost of the purchased items.
  • Products that were purchased with a gift card or discount code can be returned for a store credit only. Alternatively we can arrange a store credit for you to use within 6 months on a future purchase.

For any exchange of a different size, style, or colour, please email us at hello@mylkbodywear.com so that we can facilitate the exchange and refund the shipping costs for your replacement order.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
  • You are responsible for postage costs of returning the items
  • Your return will be processed in approximately 14 business days.
  • There are some things that may affect the amount that you have been refunded, for example, any discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may not now be applicable.
  • Items that are bought with Store Credit/Gift Cards vouchers cannot be returned for a refund. We can only issue you a new Store Credit voucher for the same price and expiry date of the original voucher .

A maximum of 1 exchange per customer only. Any further exchanges is at the delivery cost of the customer

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must: 

  • Have tags attached.
  • Unwashed and unworn.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Returned within 14 days of receiving the item, including faulty products.
  • Purchased at full retail price - final sale products cannot be returned. 

 Please note: 

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credits cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Store credit will be in Australian dollars.

AUSTRALIANS RETURNS INFORMATION 

We offer free returns on all domestic full-priced orders (no sale items are included in this policy) . Alternatively, if you live in Sydney, you can pop into our Marrickville Showroom during pick-up hours and we can exchange the item for you on the spot. Please email us prior (hello@mylkbodywear.com) in order for us to have your replacement ready for pick-up.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS INFORMATION

International customers are required to cover shipping costs for their return item(s). Once your return has been processed, we will let you know via email!

FAULTY ITEMS

Received a faulty item? We want to know! Please contact our team through email hello@mylkbodywear.com.

Please note: Only faulty items are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed through your original method of payment (i.e. PayPal/credit card), within 1-5 business days.

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
