SHIPPING
All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be adjusted or cancelled.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact hello@mylkbodywear.com.
Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.
AFTER HOURS
No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm EST), on weekends or on holidays.
RATES & DELIVERY TIME
All domestic orders will arrive within 2-3 business days once shipped. Shipping rates are as follows.
Australian Domestic:
- Standard $10
- Express $15
- FREE standard shipping when you spend over $100
- $5 express shipping when you spend over $5
International*:
- Standard flat rate US$16 and AUD$20
- FREE international shipping when you spend over US$115 and AUD$150
- DHL Express Shipping is weight based, please contact us

MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please wait 3 days - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
We will not replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft or a package being left outside for any length of time. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of Australia Post.
We will not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.
